Cancellation

We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet.

Order should be cancelled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is manufactured, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.

Refund/Exchange

We only accept exchange request if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. You will have to send us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free and we will send the replacement of the same product in 1-3 business days.

If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days.
